If in doubt as to how to find legal advice services contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
If you are on a low income Legal Aid may pay for your solicitor; look for the Legal Aid symbol under solicitors in the Yellow Pages or in the local press.
If you need information about a legal problem, want to know who and where your local adviser is or need to know about financial help contact Community Legal Service Direct.
Trafford Law Centre
The Trafford Law Centre is an independent voluntary organisation offering free legal advice, assistance and representation in the following areas of law:
- employment
- housing
- immigration
- mental health
They are here primarily for the borough of Trafford and surrounding areas.
The Trafford Law Centre are an independent organisation funded by the Legal Services Commission and a member of the Law Centres Federation. Due to this, the free advice they offer may be limited if you are not eligible.
