Land and Property Sales
The Acquisitions and Disposals Team are responsible for:
- Negotiation for sale of surplus Council land and buildings contained within the Land Sales Programme in support of the Council's Capital Strategies.
- Acquisition of land and property by agreement or Compulsory Purchase in support of Council strategies.
- Assessment of land compensation claims.
- Provision of capital valuations and estimates to support resource accounting, asset management strategies and budget and property appraisals.
