Reducing Burglary - Spotlight Community Project
What is Spotlight?
Spotlight is a community project to help reduce burglary within Old Trafford. We'll be setting up appointments and doing surveys throughout the year.
If we've not been down to your street yet, no problem: you can fill out a survey request form from the link below and we'll contact you within four weeks of receiving the request.
The survey involves us seeing what security you have at the moment, and then if we think it could be improved we can offer you some equipment for free that we think may help.
Maybe you have a friend or relative living in Old Trafford that you think would benefit from some free advice and equipment too. Fill in the form on their behalf.

What will happen next?
1. We'll call round to make an appointment for a survey.
2. We'll then revisit you at the agreed time and spotlight fully trained staff will perform a short but thorough crime reduction survey at your home and advice you on measures that will reduce your chances of becoming a victim of burglary there.
3. You'll also receive free equipment including an AutoLock (for cars registered in or before 1995), a ShedBar for your shed and Smartwater ( a unique fluid marking system) to protect any piece of your property.
4. You are left with piece of mind that your property is better protected... and tell your neighbours how they can get free help too.
