Councillors

The Council is made up of 63 Councillors who have been elected by Trafford voters in local council elections. Councillors are democratically accountable to residents in their ward. They have an overriding duty to the whole community, but also a special responsibility to their constituents, including those who did not vote for them. There are currently 21 wards with 3 Councillors in each ward.
