Thank you for volunteering to help carry out quality checks on our website so we can improve services available and encourage our online community to grow.
Each month, we will be asking you to test a specific theme on our website. Each theme will contain a selection of scenarios a customer may face. We would like you to choose 2 scenarios and complete a short questionnaire.
Our first theme will be Waste and Recycling. The questionnaire will be split into three parts. Part 1 will test how easy it is to search for information about your chosen scenarios. Part 2 will ask you to test if we have useful content about your chosen scenarios and finally, part 3 will ask you to use our online reporting system to tell us about a problem with 2 of your chosen scenarios.
When completing the questionnaire, please be as honest as you can. It is important to remember that that there are no right or wrong answers, your feedback will enable us to ensure that we are providing the best possible service we can.
