The Corporate Strategy for 2012/13 is under development and will available on this site from June 2012.

The Corporate Strategy shows how our priorities are aligned with the seven key objectives of the Trafford Partnership Community Strategy:

We are working towards six main priorities which have been developed together with residents and staff. These priorities are:

• A Cleaner, Greener Borough
• Better Roads and Pavements
• Improving Health and Wellbeing of Residents
• Preserving and Improving Educational Excellence
• Value for Money and Low Council Tax
• Fighting Crime

Residents and staff came together to create a short film to show how we work towards our six priorities every day at the Council.

We have developed a shared set of values to guide the way we work together across the council and to ensure we continue to deliver on our six priorities.
