Stretford Leardirect Centre
Trafford Learning Libraries operate a learndirect centre at Stretford Library. The centre exists to help people and businesses develop new skills and transform their lives through learning.
We can help with:
- Brushing up your Maths & English skills
- Getting you a qualification in Maths or English up to GCSE level
- Finding your way around a computer for the first time
- Developing your IT skills for work or a hobby
- Getting you a qualification in computing
- Learning the basics of programming or web-design
- Developing a range of business skills, including team leading and management.
What courses are available?
The courses available are split into a number of categories:
Our courses are flexible and can be tailored to fit around your current job or committments. Our experienced tutors will work closely with you to make sure the course you choose is just right for you. We have no set enrolment dates so you can start your learning at any time you like - all you need to do is call the centre and make an appointment to meet with one of our tutors.
