Children usually move into secondary education at the beginning of the Autumn Term following their eleventh birthday.

School Profiles
All maintained schools need to publish a school profile, which is designed for schools to communicate with parents about the school's progress, priorities and performance. Profiles are completed and published online via the DirectGov website.
Appealing against a decision
