Treatments at Domestic Premises

All charges correct from 1 April 2011.

All other pests and insects in dwelling houses will be changed at an hourly rate of £50 (including VAT). The time charged would be a minimum of one hour and time in excess of one hour will be charged in rounded up thirty-minute periods.

Is there a reduction if I receive Benefits?

Householders receiving Council Tax Benefit, (excluding Single Persons Reduction) or Housing Benefit will be charged at 50% of the full treatment charge. No discount is available on the call out charge, or Pestport scheme. No other benefits entitle householders any reduction.

Treatment at Trade, Commercial and Local Government Premises

Work at trade, commercial and local government premises, will be charged at an hourly rate of £70 (including VAT). The first visit will be charged a minimum of one hour, time in excess of one hour will be charged in rounded up thirty-minute periods.

Subsequent visits will be charged a minimum £52.50 incl. VAT. Any time in excess of hour will be charged in rounded up thirty-minute periods.
