The Planning register is available as an interactive map
What is shown on the Planning Register map
All planning applications from April 1999 are shown on the map. The extent of the application is shown as a green hatched area. The location of the application links to the details, and where available, plans and documents contained within the Online Planning Register.
How to use the map
To locate a property you can use the zoom tools or search for an address. The results of the address search are posted below the map. Click on the address to centre the map at the address location.
To identify a planning application, select the 'Info' tool and click on a green shaded area. Brief details of the application will be displayed below the map. From the results table you can click the 'info' link for the application to display full details from the online planning register.
Revised Trafford Unitary Development Plan
The revised Trafford UDP is available as an interactive map
What is shown on the Online UDP
The Unitary Development Plan is the document that sets out the Council's Policies and Proposals for how land is to be used and developed in the Trafford area over the next 15 to 20 years.
The Revised Plan text is now available through the Interactive Plan. The Revised Written Statement is now linked to the proposals map making it easier to find the appropriate policy.
