There are two household waste recycling centre (tips) in Trafford, all with full recycling facilities and facilities for the disposal of non-recyclable household waste.

Our disposal sites are open seven days a week during the following months:

• Summer: (28 March - October 31) - 8am - 8pm
• Winter: (October 31 - March 27) - 8am - 6pm
• Christmas Day and New Year's Day: Closed

These sites have a height barrier of 2 metres (6'6").
