Access 2

Provides accessible services for a wide range of substance misusers referred from a variety of sources, including self-referrals. The aim is to help prepare substance clients to move into more structured treatment and to reduce the harm associated with substance misuse.

Services include advice and Information, outreach, harm reduction services as well as assessment and care management and needle exchange.

Community Drugs Team

Specialist community based drug treatment service working with clients on a structured programme of care including clinical interventions, which places certain requirements on attendance and behaviour and harm minimisation. Including specialist harm reduction and needle exchange.

Phoenix Futures - Trafford Structured Day Service

Phoenix Futures is appropriate for those individuals who wish to stabilise on prescribed medication, or to become abstinent from prescribed or illicit drug use whilst attending a Structured Day Service.
