About Housing Options Service Trafford
The Council has not owned any housing stock since 2005, when it transferred all its homes to Trafford Housing Trust (THT). THT is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL).
Housing Options Service Trafford (HOST) manages the housing register, choice based lettings, temporary accommodation and housing options on behalf of the Council. This is a partnership between Trafford Council and Salford City Council.
All other aspects of your tenancy, such as rent and repairs are managed by your landlord.
