Sheltered Housing is ideal for older people who wish to live independently, in comfort and security, with social activities on hand if desired.

Emergency Alarm System: Each home has an emergency alarm, known as a community alarm system, which can be activated at the touch of a button, usually by a pull cord or pendant. Emergency alarms are linked to a control centre where a team of fully trained operatives will respond to any calls, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and arrange a visit from a support officer if necessary.
