Employment Policy
This policy states that all people who are looking for jobs at Trafford Council have an equal chance of getting them and at the same time that everyone employed by the Council has an equal chance of promotion and development. This policy along with the Equality and Diversity in Service Delivery Policy constitutes Trafford Council's Comprehensive Equality Policy.
