Temporary recruitment within Trafford Council
Work Solutions are a not for profit organisation that provide recruitment and training services to local residents and employers. Work Solutions in partnership with Trafford Council, are the preferred recruitment partner for temporary vacancies within the authority.
Our service is designed to assist local residents in accessing and gaining employment with Trafford Council. Last year Work Solutions assisted over 5000 unemployed Greater Manchester residents back into employment.
- Are you a Trafford resident seeking employment?
- Have you considered working for a local authority but not sure where to start?
- Are you unsure whether your skills are suitable for working for a local authority?
Work Solutions can help
In the last two years Work Solutions has recruited over 120 people for temporary vacancies within Trafford Council. Whilst the majority of positions have been for administration and clerical positions, Work Solutions has also recruited Finance & Payroll Assistants, Event Co-ordinators, Operations Managers through to Cycle Training Instructors, Gardeners, HGV Drivers and Animal Carers.
We have been able to provide local residents with the confidence and experience by working on temporary assignments through Work Solutions. Many of our employees on assignment with Trafford Council have been able to develop and move forward by applying and gaining permanent employment within the Council.
Due to the service we have delivered to Trafford Council, Work Solutions has been successful in its bid to become a preferred supplier to AGMA, the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities. This means that we will now supply staff to 9 Greater Manchester Local Authorities as well as Greater Manchester Fire and Ambulance Services and GMPTE.
