You can renew your books in any of these ways:

• Log on to your borrower account via the online catalogue. You will need to know your borrower number and PIN
• Telephone or visit any of our libraries

Books cannot be renewed if they have been reserved by another borrower.

These items can be renewed in the same ways as books but please remember that:

• DVDs are hired for a period of 1 week
• If you wish to keep any of these items for more than a week you will have to pay another week's hire charge
• If you bring any of these items back late you will have to pay another week's charge

What is Library Elf?

Library Elf  is a third party external website that will check your library account on your behalf and send you an email in time for you to renew or return items. You can set your own preferences for reminders within the site. Library Elf will also send you an email when your reservations are available.

Registering is easy, just visit the website and complete a registration form.
