Many businesses are unaware of the extensive range of support services, initiatives and funding opportunities available to them.

We are committed to helping businesses in Trafford to grow and prosper. We work closely with business support agencies across Trafford and beyond to give you easy access to any support or information you may require.

Our Strategic Growth Team works with and supports a wide selection of partner organisations, who offer this range of Business Support services. These include:

• Planning and development
• Supplier opportunities
• Local business organisations and networks

Trafford business start up network

Are you thinking about starting up a business? Have you got a great business idea and don’t know where to start? Or maybe you are working towards trading or you are a new business.

We along with Build a Business and Business Growth Hub host a monthly two hour business start up networking session.

During the friendly and informative session you will get the chance to:

• Speak to business advisers about your business ideas and plans
• Network with other entrepreneurs
• Find out more about starting a community business or social enterprise
• Hear from local people who have started their own business
• Learn about the support available for business start ups

Event dates

The events are held on a Tuesday and start at 10.30am. To attend you need to book a place on Eventbrite.
