Estates Management

Our responsibility is to manage council owned properties, some of which are used to deliver council services and others are not. The properties not used to deliver council services are know as the ‘let estate’. These  provide important revenue to support council service delivery, and include properties such as shops, offices, industrial units and agricultural land.

We have a range of help and support about properties and land within Trafford.
