Estates Management
Our responsibility is to manage council owned properties, some of which are used to deliver council services and others are not. The properties not used to deliver council services are know as the ‘let estate’. These provide important revenue to support council service delivery, and include properties such as shops, offices, industrial units and agricultural land.
We have a range of help and support about properties and land within Trafford.
Back to topReport any other issue with a council building or land
Many day-to-day environmental issues can be reported using our ‘Report it’ function. This includes issues such as graffiti, dropped kerbs, fly tipping, parks, open spaces, cemeteries, roads and rights of way.
If you are the tenant of a council owned property and need to report a fault, issue or risk, submit this form.
