Help and support is provided by Trafford Family Placement Team all through the process, you will have your own Family Placement Officer and be given initial/long-term training.
We also run a foster carer support group which meets every month and Trafford Foster Carers Association is available to offer advice and support. Foster carers earn an age related allowance and are paid a weekly fee for the children they look after.
