*One Short Certificate is issued FREE OF CHARGE at the time of Registration.

Please Note: Certificates are available from the Registrar only at the time of registration or shortly afterwards. Once a register is filled it is passed on to the Superintendent Registrar and certificates are no longer available from the Registrar.
