The Trafford Unitary Development Plan Proposals Map shows where sites have been allocated for specific uses, for example residential or employment uses and where certain area-specific policies may apply, such as Green Belt.

The Plan text and proposals maps can be viewed on this web page. A hard copy of the Plan text only is available for £25. If you wish to purchase a hard copy including the proposals maps this will cost £40 and these are available from Strategic Planning and Developments at 1st Floor Waterside House, Sale Waterside, Sale, M33 7ZF. Cheques should be made payable to Trafford Council. Copies can also be purchased over the counter at Sale Waterside.

The Plan can also be inspected at Trafford libraries in Altrincham, Old Trafford, Partington, Sale, Stretford and Urmston and at the Access Trafford offices in Sale and Urmston, Partington Council offices, Old Trafford Community Centre and Trafford Town Hall.
