Equality Act 2010
The Equality Act 2010 introduced the Public Sector Equality Duty which replaces the separate duties covering race, disability and gender.

Our Equality Objectives
As part of the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty, the Council is specifically required to publish information by end January 2012.
