Default I can see a visit from Health and Safety

http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereven...l-in-timperley

Does seem to have become a magnet for "incidents" in recent months

There does seem to be an implication in the article that the man may not have been 100% in control at the time

It's been like that 200-years; 3:40am....maybe he'd had a scoop or two

That was my first guess, does seem to be more people wandering the streets at that time but maybe I've only noticed during the summer when I have the windows open at night and hear them.

Would love to know where they're having such a good time and indeed where stays open until that time, unless they're walking back from further afield

I certainly couldn't stay out until that time on a "school night"

at the risk of being controversial, I'm not sure the vast majority of stop outs would understand the significance of the term 'school night'!!

I find it rather odd that a 35-year-old can't swim
... but why would you need to? The canal down the Deansgate Lane side is barely a couple of feet deep at the edge (unless it was the exact same place where the BMW managed to find seven feet of water!).

The canal has a consistant depth of around 6 foot, required to allow boats to pass without obstruction!
