Litter in Stretford / Gorse Hill parks

I walk my dog regularly around the gorse hill area but have noticed lately the rubbish in the parks is piling up bottles and litter every where, what are the council park employees doing in the parks, they don't seem to be concerned about the litter but it make the walks a chore rather than a pleasure.

Many fellow dog walkers i have talked to have the same concern.
Esspecially regarding the small park and playground off Nansen Street, Stretford.

Will the council address this?

You'll probably find they clear the park but that the problem often reoccurs.

If it becomes a regular problem then you might be best raising it via your local councillor
