Landlord grants are available for repairs to properties that are already let or to properties that have been empty in the long term and are being brought back into use at an affordable rent.

Energy efficiency
Heating and insulation grants are available through the Warm Front scheme. Warm Front grants are available to make homes warmer and more energy efficient.
