Pupils from Seymour Park Community Primary School have seen how their designs have turned construction site hoardings bordering the Trafford Town Hall redevelopment into works of arts.
The artwork is the result of a painting competition that Shepherd Aligned, the developer and contractor on the redevelopment scheme, initiated with the school.
The pupils were asked to create designs based on the Olympics and the community in Trafford, and the winning pieces have been selected to decorate the hoardings of the site, which is being redeveloped on behalf of Trafford Council.
Richard Squire of Shepherd Aligned commented: "It has been fantastic to see the enthusiasm that the pupils have put into the project and we now have hoardings that really brighten up the area as we continue the redevelopment of the town hall. Well done Seymour Park!"
Executive Councillor John Holden commented: "The artwork created by the pupils from Seymour Park Primary school really does capture the excitement of the Games and it's great that we can showcase it outside the town hall. They all should be very proud".
