Love Food Hate Waste is back in Trafford to help you save up to £50 a month.
Residents are invited to attend a free Love Food Hate Waste cookery class in Altrincham, to inform you of top tips to help make the most out of the food you buy. The event takes place at The Hub Community Centre, on Pownall Road, on Friday 26 October between 7pm-9pm.
There's an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables around at this time of year, so why not make the most of them by finding out how you can make your money go further and your food last longer?
If you're after the perfect portion or lovely leftover dish, advice will be offered at the cookery class to ensure you have the knowledge to make wholesome and tasty food without it costing the earth.
You will have the chance to take away recipe cards as well as details of how to enter a free prize draw to win a meal for two, courtesy of the Lowry Hotel.
So, why not get involved with Greater Manchester's Love Food Hate Waste? Details of how to book onto the class and enter the competition, as well as some fab recipes, can be found at www.recycleforgreatermanchester.com.
The cookery classes are being run by Cracking Good Food.
