It will be a fanfare occasion when The Mayor of Trafford Mrs Patricia Young launches an eight week fund-raiser by Costa Coffee, Hale at 5pm on Friday, 2 November.

During November and December, the coffee shop will be running raffles and stalls to raise funds for the Mayor of Trafford's Charity Fund, which is this year supporting The Christie Charity - with funds going to rebuild their Young Oncology Unit and Genie Networks.

"I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Costa Coffee, Hale for their support of my charity this year and urge people to join me, sample the new festive fayres and enjoy a coffee with friends on the day."
