E-magazines

Read full digital copies of your favourite magazines for free from your computer, smartphone or tablet. Magazines are available covering everything from food to computers, and music to art. Titles include Hello!; BBC Good Food; Amateur Photographer; BBC Top Gear and Cosmopolitan . Borrow an unlimited number of magazines to keep forever or delete when you want.

Getting started:

  • go to the Zinio website
  • create a new account using your library card number including the TRP
  • browse the selection
  • checkout your chosen publications to read in your browser or on a range of mobile devices.

Zinio magazines can be read on a wide variety of desktop and mobile devices. The Zinio for Libraries app is designed for offline reading.

To access the magazines through an app it must first be checked out while you are online through the website. You cannot checkout new titles through the app alone.

E-comics

Comics Plus Library Edition gives you unlimited access to thousands of digital graphic novels and comics on any web-connected device.

View titles through your web browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection. Read comics on your tablet or smartphone. Browse by age, genre, publisher, comic, and instantly checkout your favourites. Access comics whenever you want them - no holds or waiting. The Comics Plus website is designed to be used on the web so it is not necessary to download software.

To access the service, go to the Comics Plus website, where you will first need to create an account. If you have an Apple device, the Comics Plus Library Edition app is also available through the Apple App Store. An Android app is in development also.

Please note that although each title has age appropriate indication, parental guidance is recommended.
