Join us for our weekly one-mile walk starting from the Broomwood Community Centre every Monday at 2.30 pm. This walk is perfect for men and women looking to improve their health and fitness. You’ll get the chance to take in the sights and sounds of nature while enjoying the company of fellow walkers as we make our way through the streets of Broomwood, past the local park, and loop back to the centre. This walk is free of charge!

Come and join us for a wellbeing walk around different routes and locations in the local area. There will plenty of chances to have breaks and refreshments during each of the walking sessions. Fresh Air Friday's are weekly graded and themed walks around the park, starting at a gentle 200 metres. It's aimed at those unused to walking, with health issues or recovering from illness.
