Jason Palin, our 'tame' Chef who is fast becoming a permanent fixture here at the farm, is starting to get his cookery juices going for the months of February and March.
His first session on 5th February is all about cooking solely with sea food (no pun intended) which is a art and craft definitely worth seeing.
The 12th February is all about his cooking for friends but with a difference, if you have the guys coming down think ribs, steaks and curries. If you have the girls coming in think tiger king prawns, exotic wicked salads and funky foods.
In March it is fresh funky food with a hint of spice (12th) and later the 26th is just titled foodie chaos as its close to Jonny's birthday and he has requested the food that he likes so think Thai food, succulent prawns, big steaks, exotic salads in fact anything with a bit of bite!
