Taught by a dedicated professional in fully equipped facilities. Learn how to be a master in the kitchen with these practical and informative one day courses.
Delegates will need to bring with them an apron and sturdy shoes for wear in the kitchen. All courses will require payment in advance and no refunds will be given.
This is the first of a series of 5 classes during June other dates are June 16th Sugarwork, June 18th Continental Pastries, June19th Desserts. The cost of attending all 5 classes is £400.
