The government has issued non-statutory guidance for landlords, tenants and local authorities.

Job retention scheme
Under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, UK employers with a PAYE scheme that was created and started on or before 28 February 2020, will be able to access support to continue paying part of their employees’ salary for those that would otherwise have been laid off during this crisis.

Business Rates Grants
The Chancellor has announced a number of measures to support businesses, one of which is the award of business grants to eligible businesses with a rateable value of up to £51k. We are currently writing to all eligible businesses.

Town Centres Loan Scheme
Unfortunately, due to the current crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the measures in place to combat the outbreak, the Trafford Town Centres Business Growth Programme is now temporarily closed to applications.

Food safety advice on businesses wishing to offer a takeaway food service
