If you are a council tenant and need an updated statement of your account, fill in this form which will be sent to our partners at Amey TPT for them to process.
Following the successful submission of the online request, we will respond within 10 working days. If you haven't heard from us within this time, email us - email@example.com. If we can't resolve your request within this timeframe we will provide a timescale for resolution.
Lease Copy and Management PacksBack to top
If you are a council tenant and need a copy of your lease, submit the form and the information will be sent to you. There will be a cost of £25 and this will be invoiced to the details you provide.
Sale or Re-mortgage Pack
In selling a property for which the council owns the freehold, there will be information that both the seller and purchaser will need to know about the property and is usually required by your solicitor. If you are purchasing a property, you will not be able to request this information as it can only be provided to the current leaseholder or their solicitors.
If you are selling your property, you may need:
- A notice of transfer - There will be a cost of £50 and this will be invoiced to the details you provide.
- An up-to-date ground rent statement
- A copy of your lease - There will be a cost of £25 and this will be invoiced to the details you provide.
