You may request a hearing if the registration has been refused.
You may request a hearing by writing to the Licensing Office at the address below.
We will immediately arrange for a hearing of the decision by the appropriate sub-committee. We will give notice in writing of our decision, stating our reasons for that decision and the date from which it takes effect.
We would always advise that in the event of a complaint the first contact is made to the service provider by you - preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked, if you are located in the UK, Advice Guide will give you advice. From outside the UK contact the UK European Consumer Centre.
What if the registration is revoked?
We may revoke a registration at any time, if we are satisfied that you have failed to comply with the conditions attached to it.
Before we revoke the registration we will write to you specifying the grounds upon which we propose to revoke the registration and inviting you to make a written representation within 14 days, which we will take into account before making a final decision.
