Parking permits Parking permit enforcement is due to commence in event day areas on 20 July and in Zone B from 28 July. Please check our events calendar for dates and zones that will be enforced. We are currently experiencing very high volumes of permit applications. To help us reduce processing times, please ensure you send the correct supporting documents in only one email (where applicable). Allow 7 days for processing as a minimum once the correct documents have been emailed, please allow 10-14 days to process paper applications submitted. Further details can be found on our permit parking page. Penalty appeals If you have previously made an enquiry relating to a penalty appeal, a response will be emailed to you in due course. Any new appeal enquiries will be placed on hold at the time of appealing and will be answered as quickly as possible. This does not affect your right to pay the discounted amount if you appealed within 14 days of the penalty being issued. You can still contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Free parking for NHS staff has now ended The emergency parking pass in the borough ended on 21 April, in line with goverment guidance.
