Getting help from Trafford's community support hubs

What the hubs can help with

There are six community support hubs across our borough. The support hubs can help you with:

  • Access to food including grocery delivery
  • Access to fuel including vouchers for gas and electricity
  • General wellbeing and helping you to feel more socially connected
  • Understanding COVID advice and guidance
  • Advice on how to become digitally connected

They can also offer information and advice on a whole range of matters such as employment, benefits and housing.

How to access help

You can call the Community Response Line managed by Citizen’s Advice Trafford on 0808 278 7803.

You can use the web chat on the Citizen’s Advice website.

You will be asked some questions that will help to direct you to your nearest hub, or the most appropriate support relating to your needs.

When to access help

If you find yourself in need of help then please get in touch.

This can be a one-off need for help, an ongoing need, or if you need to be supported while you self-isolate.
