Residential (ground rents)

If you pay ground rent to the Council for a residential property, our team can provide you with:

  • Account statements
  • Notice of transfer
  • Consent enquiries
  • Freehold sales/transfers

Non-residential

If you occupy or hold a lease, license or agreement with the Council for Council-owned land or property, our team can help you with the following queries:

  • Upcoming rent reviews
  • Lease renewals
  • Requesting a change
  • Terminate or transfer your existing tenancy
  • Sub-letting queries
  • Copies of leases (where unable to download from Land Registry)
  • Obtain the freehold for property or land you already lease from us
  • Compliance responsibilities as a tenant
