Report a problem with a council building or land

You can report a day-to-day environmental issue online. For example, graffiti, dropped kerbs, fly tipping, parks, open spaces, cemeteries, roads, and rights of way.

If you are the tenant of a Council-owned property, or a member of the public concerned about a Council-owned property and need to report a fault, issue or risk, complete the online form.

If you need to report an urgent issue, call Access Trafford on 0161 912 2000 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.) For out-of-hours, call 0161 912 2020.

Following submission of the online form, the team will respond within 10 working days. If you haven’t heard from us within this time, email estates@trafford.gov.uk.
