The Greater Manchester Strategic Housing Market Assessment, commissioned by AGMA from Deloitte and GVA Grimley, explores the issues affecting housing markets in Greater Manchester and identifies the scale and nature of future housing requirements. The report complemented regional and local assessment work conducted by 4NW and individual Councils.
