Services provided: Honey’s adult day care is a community orientated service Specialising in supporting vulnerable adults in the community - Days out - Community workshops - Day trips - One to one care and group care provided - Help with daily tasks - Wheelchair accessible vehicle - Weekend excursions Honey’s offer a unique support service with a passion to provide a holistic approach to person centred community based day care Each person is individually catered to We are available between 10am - 10pm, ensuring we give everyone the opportunity to be out in the community as often as possible
