Services provided: Visits in the home, where staff will provide support and care for the service users individual needs. Staff will be trained accordingly to meet service users’ needs and to be able to carry out duties to the best of their abilities ensuring the highest standard of care. Welcome home packages including food hampers of various items and general tidy rounds (for people who have been in hospital or away from home for a while. Hampers made up which will include: - Milk, coffee, tea, juice, bottle water, bread, bacon, sausage and service users favourite foods - General cleaning/ironing/laundry - Keeping the home environment clean and safe for the service user this will include washing pots, mopping and hoovering, etc - Welcome home/passing deep cleans - Top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting of cupboards, bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms - Arrange trips/activities out with service users - Coffee and cake meetings- introducing service users to others if they request - In the community activities - Shopping
