Services provided: CQC-registered provider of person centred support for Adults over the age 18. Learning disability /Mental health / Acquired brain injury /Physical Disability /Dementia/Complex needs. Outreach and Floating support in a community setting in your own home. Supported Living and domiciliary/at-home care to adults (eg direct payments, NHS continuing healthcare /Personal Budgets, privately funded). We provide support across houses in the Manchester area and work with housing associations to access properties for rent. Hourly support or Personal assistants can be provided, waking night cover, respite and holiday cover, sleeping night cover.
