Council Tax reviews

If you have received a letter or email from us about a review of your Council Tax then complete the appropriate review form below:

• Class F Exempt Property Review - complete this form if you have received a letter or email from us about entitlement to an exemption from Council Tax because the occupier of a property is now deceased.
• Disabled Relief Review - complete this form if you have received a letter or email from us about your entitlement to disabled relief.
• General Exemption Review - complete this form if you have received a letter or email from us about entitlement to an exemption from Council Tax.
