Wellbeing Counselling Service

What does it offer?

Counselling support to adults who live in Trafford (must be registered with a Trafford GP).

This service is experiencing a high volume of enquiries due to coronavirus and there may be delays in how quickly enquiries are dealt with.

What does it offer?

1:1 person-centred counselling for anyone aged 18+. No limit on the number of sessions you can have. Free but donations welcome.

Once Upon a Smile

What does it offer?

Offers support to children bereaved by a parent, 1:1 or in groups; also offers financial support and respite breaks as well as telephone support for professionals and parents.

Samaritans Facing The Future Support Group

What does it offer?

Facing the Future has been developed to help support people who have been bereaved by suicide.

Support groups run weekly for six consecutive weeks and last for 90 minutes with a maximum of eight participants. Free service.
