Voice of the child

In Trafford, all children, young people and their families will have the opportunity to participate in decisions which affect their lives. They will have the opportunity to have a voice on things that matter to them and shape how services are commissioned, planned and delivered.

How we set out to achieve this is contained in:

Tools to help wishes and feelings heard

Trafford Council have a number of tools that can be used with young person or child to obtain their views and feelings on how their care is going before review. You can view these tools on the Trafford Strategic Safeguarding Partnership website

The Voice quarterly report

The Voice is a quarterly report with messages from children, young people and auditors about how we can improve how we listen and record the voice of children and young people.
