• Please be aware that we collect personal information such as age, gender, ethnicity to help monitor the make-up of the wider early years workforce at an anonymised, aggregated level.
• Information about which setting you attend, contact details, pre and post course information and evaluations will be shared with Trafford training providers to help tailor and improve courses.

• To access ME Learning your information will be stored and managed centrally by Trafford Council as well as ME Learning. This information is stored when your account is inactive.
• If you obtain financial support to access qualifications via the Children’s Workforce Team your information will be shared with the relevant education provider.

Information
Once your membership application has been processed, you will receive a reference number to use on our online payments system.
Nurseries and playgroups will need to apply for all staff that will be accessing our training. These settings will have the option to be invoiced. Invoices will be sent out within 2 weeks of receiving your application. Alternatively, they can choose to pay online in the same way in which our childminders process payments.
When the membership fee has been received, you will be able to complete a range of e-learning courses which you may have previously been required to pay up to £35 to attend as a face to face course.
