The funding is a fixed amount of £250 to provide between 20 and 30 additional hours of short term support when a child moves to a new room, setting or school.

This application must be made with the full knowledge and consent of the child's parent/carer. Applications can not be discussed at a panel meeting if the parent/carer declaration has not been received.

There are two ways to do this. The parent can complete an online declaration or you can print a form for them to sign and upload it below. Both forms are available at www.trafford.gov.uk/eysendfunding
