Early Help Champions

Early Help Champions are available for advice and support regarding Early Help Assessments and using the Early Help Module.

They do not take referrals.

If you are worried about a child, Children's First Response is Trafford’s single point of contact for all professionals and members of the public to report concerns, request advice and share information about a child and/or family.

For any queries about using the Liquidlogic system please contact the helpdesk via email: liquidlogicsupport@trafford.gov.uk or phone: 0161 912 2922.

Motivation

To encourage all services and professionals to use the system in place in order to work together, provide the best co-ordinated support to families and to share information.

Support offered

Supporting Home-Start staff in house with EHA’s and the EHM system. I have in the past supported other voluntary organisations to use the system and offer support regularly to Health Visitors in order for them to refer a family via the EHM using an EHA.

Motivation

I am a passionate facilitator of Early Help for students within the Manor Academy within the Sovereign Trust.

I am working day to day to explore opportunities to support our students and their families.

My positive experiences within Early Help have enabled me to support families in a timely manor and to ensure they are signposted to the right multi agency's available.

I have set up a peer to peer group for our Early Help families. They are invited to support and meet each other to share their positive experiences within Early Help. This has be very helpful to parents and carers.

I am 100% committed to the model and see great benefits of supporting each other through the process to enable a positive and helpful experience for all involved.
